Peter Dunham Design

WOODSIDE - Los Angeles
A restoration of a spectacular 1954 estate house by Joseph Esherick in Woodside, CA.

COLORADO HOME  - Colorado
Newly built house designed in collaboration with Marc Appleton & Associates..

TOWER ROAD  - Los Angeles
A 1928 Paul Williams Beverly Hills estate redecorated to be a backdrop for an extraordinary personal art collection.

SKAIST-LEVY RESIDENCE - Beverly Hills
Peter made sense out of a very big house that was 'tres' intimidating. He provided the family with a comfortable home to live in day to day as well as an enchanting place to entertain. With his incredible vision and taste, he turned the home into one of the most beautiful homes in Beverly Hills.

BRENTWOOD HOUSE - Brentwood
This charming 1920's Spanish house is set in beautiful gardens in the Santa Monica Moutains. The casual California Country atmosphere is reminiscent of old Hollywood.

CANYON HOME - Benedict Canyon
A respectful transformation from an undistinguished 1960’s ranch house. Working with Tim Barber Architects and Wade Graham we worked on creating a completely new interior architecture that is reminiscent of 1940’s Hollywood and a comfortable family home for today.

HERZ RESIDENCE - Hollywood Hills
A new house built in collaboration with Richard Geminiani Architects. The house takes advantage of the expansive city and canyon views but also has many areas to feel cozy and comfortable. Peter chose all of the interior finishes, stonework, floors and cabinetry as well as the decoration.

RICH RESIDENCE - Hollywood Hills
Built in 1925 in the newly developed Outpost Canyon, we sought to return to the original feel and look of this early Hollywood Spanish house.

SHOWHOUSES
Participating in major Designer Showhouses is an exciting way to push the envelope and to work closely with other designers.

HOGAN RESIDENCE - Montecito
This 1910 Arts and Crafts house is set amidst huge Oaks on a hillside overlooking the Pacific. The task was to use as much of the client's existing furniture while celebrating the California Country feel of the house and the besutiful setting.
